APPLICATION based on an arbitration clause seeking, first, a declaration that the Commission breached its obligations arising out of the contract of 23 December 2005 relating to the ‘European Action for Global Life science - Health Programme’ project, with the reference LSSP-CT-2005-512135, concluded under the Sixth Framework Programme for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration, and, second, an order requiring the Commission to pay the balance of the sums allegedly owed to the applicant in connection with the implementation of that contract.

1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 9 February 2017, the applicant informed the Court that, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it wished to discontinue proceedings and that the question of costs had been the subject of an agreement between the parties, according to which each party shall bear its own costs.
