CHANCE FOR CHILDREN TO NAME GALILEO SATELLITES.

One child from each member state will have his or her name given to a satellite of the Galileo programme, Europe's future venture into the field of satellite navigation. The European Commission has launched a drawing competition to choose the winners. "The child with the best drawing from each member state will give his or her name to a Galileo programme satellite," stated the Commission.
