THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF EUROPOL,

Having regard to Council Decision establishing the European Police Office (EUROPOL) of 6 April 2009

( 1 ) (hereinafter referred to as the Europol Decision) and in particular Articles 37(9)(g), 38(1), 38(2), 38(3), 38(7) and 39 thereof,

Having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities (hereinafter referred to as the Staff Regulations) and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions of employment) laid down by Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68
