modifiant la décision 2009/821/CE en ce qui concerne la liste des postes d’inspection frontaliers

LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,
vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,
vu la directive 91/496/CEE du Conseil du 15 juillet 1991 fixant les principes relatifs à l’organisation des contrôles vétérinaires pour les animaux en provenance des pays tiers introduits dans la Communauté et modifiant les directives 89/662/CEE, 90/425/CEE et 90/675/CEE (1), et notamment son article 6, paragraphe 4, deuxième alinéa, dernière phrase,
vu la directive 97/78/CE du Conseil du 18 décembre 1997 fixant les principes relatifs à l’organisation des contrôles vétérinaires pour les produits en provenance des pays tiers introduits dans la Communauté (2), et notamment son article 6, paragraphe 2, point a),
considérant ce qui suit:
| (1) | La décision 2009/821/CE de la Commission du 28 septembre 2009 établissant une liste de postes d’inspection frontaliers agréés, fixant certaines règles concernant les inspections réalisées par les experts vétérinaires de la Commission et définissant les unités vétérinaires du système Traces (3) dresse une liste des postes d’inspection frontaliers agréés conformément aux directives 91/496/CEE et 97/78/CE. Cette liste figure à l’annexe I de ladite décision. |
