En los puntos 4 y 5 del artículo 66 de la Ley, se establecen dos supuestos de reducción de la base imponible. Como veremos más adelante, la base imponible de este impuesto es el valor del medio de transporte en el momento de producirse el hecho imponible, por lo que los supuestos de reducción que la Ley nos plantea son reducciones en el valor de medio.
