ACTION brought against the decision of the First Board of Appeal of EUIPO of 27 May 2019 (Case R 2384/2017-1), relating to opposition proceedings between Honda Motor Co. Ltd and Riginos Yachts Anonymi Emporiki kai Mesitiki Etaireia.

1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 11 February 2020, the applicant informed the Court, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that it wished to discontinue proceedings. As regards costs, it requested that the parties be ordered to pay their own respective costs.

2 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 17 February 2020, the defendant informed the Court that it had no objections to the discontinuance of the proceedings, and requested that the applicant shall be ordered to bear the costs or in any case that the defendant should not be ordered to bear the costs.
