APPLICATION for, first, annulment of the European Parliament’s decision of 5 December 2019 to place the applicant in second position for lot 5 of the call for tenders TRA/EU19/2019 for supply of translation services of monolingual and multilingual source language documents from Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovene and Swedish into English and, second, compensation for the harm that the applicant allegedly suffered.

1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 24 March 2020, the applicant informed the Court, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that it wished to discontinue proceedings. It sought no order as to costs.
