97% OF INFOSTREAM SHARES UP FOR GRABS IN INTEGRA BID.

Almost 97% (96.96%) of the shares in the Norwegian Internet services provider Infostream, are being put into the friendly public exchange offer launched by the French company Integra. The offer, that had been announced on January 25 and launched on March 13, gives Infostream two options, either a full share swap (6.23 Integra shares for 59 Infostream shares), or a mixed exchange, in shares and cash, with 5 Integra shares and 326.27 Norwegian Kroner (Euro 40.15) for 59 Infostream shares.
