The European Commission approved on March 29 a deal giving the Swiss company Adecco S.A. sole control of the UK company Delphi Group plc. The takeover is in the information technology sector of temporary employment and only affect competitive conditions in France and the UK, where the two companies' market shares are too low to impair effective competition.
