TRIBUNAL DE LA FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA Decisión del Tribunal no 1/2006, adoptada en la reunión plenaria de 15 de febrero de 2006, relativa a la atribución de asuntos a las Salas (publicar en el DO) (2006/C 108/55) Mediante Decisión 2005/C 322/09 de 30 de noviembre de 2005 relativa a los criterios de atribución de asuntos a las Salas (DO 2005, C 322, p. 17), el Tribunal decidió atribuir un cierto número de asuntos a la Sala Tercera, independientemente de la materia y con arreglo a una frecuencia automática determinada en la reunión plenaria.
En la reunión plenaria de 15 de febrero de 2006, dicha frecuencia se fijó en uno de cada siete asuntos, según el número de registro de los nuevos asuntos presentados, y se determinó que la lista comenzara con el primer asunto interpuesto ante el Tribunal, el asunto F-118/05.
Como se acordó en la Decisión antes citada, podrá no aplicarse dicho criterio por razones de conexión de asuntos, así como para garantizar una carga de trabajo equilibrada y razonablemente diversificada dentro del Tribunal.
