Seventy-eight percent of Danish enterprises and a comparable figure in Sweden have access to the Internet, compared with 85% in Finland and 66% in Norway, according to a Nordic survey published on 18 January by Denmark's National Institute of Statistics, Danmarks Statistic (DS). 57% of companies in Sweden have their own Internet site, compared with 53% in Denmark, 49% in Finland and 35% in Norway. 19% of Danish firms receive orders via the Internet, making the country the leading regional player in this field, followed by Finland (17%), Sweden (14%) and Norway (12%).The Danish State has also signed the most lucrative Internet job-vacancies contract to-date with the Danish company Jobmatch World Wide and the Liberal Politiken daily, Jobmatch World Wide A/S Director...
