The EU's anti-fraud unit OLAF has decided that legal action should be taken against a former Greek member of the Court of Auditors. After concluding an investigation initiated last March at the European Court of Auditors concerning an internal inquiry within this institution following allegations made by a Member of the European Parliament, OLAF has forwarded to the competent judicial authorities of Luxembourg information on incidents liable to criminal prosecution.
