Abstract

ThehighlightedtopicBuildingsocialcohesionofthelegalsocialstateandthephenomenon

ofintegration withits essentialtarget isa conceptualpresentation ofbuilding sociallegal

cohesion in relation with the phenomenon of integration and interoperability. Building of the

welfare state, social and legal rights presented as a paradigm of security, development all

along with economic interaction play a crucial role.

Thispaperclariestherelationshipbetweenthesocialandlegalrightsinsocietyasaprecon-

dition of the implementation of human rights and creation of economic connections, with the

possibility of increasing the economic development capacity.

This paper gives answers to the questions about the extension and cohesion of society and

their impact in the economic development cooperation to materialize human rights. Countries

with higher social and advanced social security protection overcome economic eventual crisis.

Through evolving this paper, we aim to explain the psychological, ethical, economic-political,

socio-legal and socio-ethical preconditions for the sake of promotion and implementation of

human rights.

Introduction

The conceptual initiative of this topic characterizes the issue of creation, rebuilding of

phenomenon cohesion of social-legal states through strengthening the integration of

the societies and correlation all along with social capital and socio-legal inclusion as

well as the socio-legal mobility.

Social cohesion is created and must be based on the foundation of human rights; to

createtheunityofthestateorstatesoftheiridealstosupporteconomicandsocial

progressPuljiz  Socialcohesion is thedivisionof responsibilitywherethe

state acts as guarantor of human rights and participatory democracy; state implements

justice in the division of wealth through mechanisms of solidarity, security system.

Security of individuals and society is the main purpose of social strategy. The state

also guarantees and protects minorities on the foundations of the highest concepts

of human rights. Cohesion of social and legal state ensures the integration of social

domination in economic life, contributes to economic development.

Economic development facilitates social cohesion of the state. Through this is

developed new ethic of social responsibility that directly develops cohesion exaltation.

Society is cohesive when common responsibility is applied, certainly encouraging

participation in civil society and implementing social strategy in practice. Social

cohesion as a phenomenon of morality and justice social state should be a priority.

Social cohesion means the ability of society (the state) to ensure welfare for all
