* Seminar on Science Based Intellectual Property Management

The Association of European Science and Technology Transfer Professionals is organising a seminar on the management of intellectual property on November 5-7 in Bologna (Italy). European and American participants will analyse a broad range of areas at a series of plenary sessions, including:

- an introduction to intellectual property rights;

- an introduction to patent rights;

- the death spiral of transfer technology and ways of redressing the balance;

- underhand practices in the field of licences: negotiation tactics.
