* NET-ID 2006: European conference on personal identity, trust, respect for privacy and security: This event is part of the COMPUTAS series of conferences dealing with security in new Information Technologies. * Mobile Value-added Service in China : This seminar will be held in Brussels on February 20, 2006. Organised by the European Commission, the seminar will present the EU funded Mobile Value-added Service in China project (VAS China). As part of the 6th Framework Programme of the European Commission (6PC), it aims to identify and provide information on China-specific needs related to existing and future mobile VAS. The seminar will be opened by a representative of the European Commission who will highlight the contribution made by the team responsible for the analysis of the development of value added services in China as well as the strategies for market entry.
