The tables list the international treaties in the field of industrial property law, in particular of trade mark and design law, to which the Member States are party.
These treaties fall into two categories, namely
- treaties administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and
- the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization (WTO) of which the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement) is an integral part.
Information purposes about the candidate countries (Croatia and Turkey) is annexed for reference purposes.
