CITIZENS' DIGITAL LEARNING FOR EMPLOYABILITY.

The Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) requires a study on lifelong learning, information and communication technologies and employability. IPTS has launched an invitation to tender for the study, which it expects will form part of a contribution to the Joint Research Centre's project "Building a gateway to the European learning area".
