Directive 2002/36/CE de la Commission

modifiant certaines annexes de la directive 2000/29/CE du Conseil concernant les mesures de protection contre l'introduction dans la Communauté d'organismes nuisibles aux végétaux ou aux produits végétaux et contre leur propagation à l'intérieur de la Communauté

LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,

vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,

vu la directive 2000/29/CE du Conseil du 8 mai 2000 concernant les mesures de protection contre l'introduction dans la Communauté d'organismes nuisibles aux végétaux et aux produits végétaux et contre leur propagation à l'intérieur de la Communauté(1), modifiée en dernier lieu par la directive 2002/28/CE de la Commission(2), et notamment son article 14, deuxième alinéa, points c) et d),

considérant ce qui suit:

(1) Il convient de prendre des mesures afin de protéger la Communauté contre Anisogramma anomala (Peck) E. Müller, Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) et Naupactus leucoloma Boheman, organismes nuisibles dont l'existence dans la Communauté était jusqu'à présent inconnue.

(2) Il y a lieu de modifier les dispositions en vigueur concernant Liriomyza bryoniae (Kaltenbach) en les limitant aux zones protégées situées en Irlande et au Royaume-Uni (Irlande du Nord) dans lesquelles il a été établi que cet organisme n'est pas présent.

(3) Il convient de modifier la liste des plantes hôtes de Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard) et de Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) afin de tenir compte des nouvelles informations sur les rapports entre ces organismes nuisibles et leurs plantes hôtes.

(4) Par suite de l'interception répétée de Bemisia tabaci Genn., Liriomyza sativae (Blanchard), Amauromyza maculosa (Malloch), Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard), Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) et Thrips palmi Karny dans des marchandises, il y a lieu d'améliorer les dispositions actuelles concernant les mesures de protection contre leur introduction et leur propagation dans la Communauté en vue d'assurer une protection plus efficace.
