REGOLAMENTO (CE) N. 809/2009 DELLA COMMISSIONE
del 3 settembre 2009
che vieta la pesca del gamberello boreale nella zona NAFO, Divisione 3L, alle navi battenti bandiera di tutti gli Stati membri tranne Estonia, Lettonia, Lituania e Polonia
LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea,
visto il regolamento (CE) n. 2371/2002 del Consiglio, del 20 dicembre 2002, relativo alla conservazione e allo sfruttamento sostenibile delle risorse della pesca nel quadro della politica comune della pesca (1), in particolare l’articolo 26, paragrafo 4,
visto il regolamento (CEE) n. 2847/93 del Consiglio, del 12 ottobre 1993, che istituisce un regime di controllo applicabile nell’ambito della politica comune della pesca (2), in particolare l’articolo 21, paragrafo 3,
considerando quanto segue:
(1) | Il regolamento (CE) n. 43/2009 del Consiglio, del 16 gennaio 2009, che stabilisce, per il 2009, le possibilità di pesca e le condizioni ad esse associate per alcuni stock o gruppi di stock ittici, applicabili nelle acque comunitarie e, per le navi comunitarie, in altre acque dove sono imposti limiti di cattura (3), fissa i contingenti per il 2009. |
(2) | In base alle informazioni pervenute alla Commissione, le catture dello stock di cui all’allegato del presente regolamento da parte di navi battenti bandiera dello Stato membro ivi indicato o in esso immatricolate hanno determinato l’esaurimento del contingente |
