Il presente complemento del catalogo comune delle varietà delle specie di piante agricole (1) contiene le modifiche che è stato necessario apportare per tener conto delle informazioni fatte pervenire alla Commissione dagli Stati membri.

2.

Il presente complemento riguarda le notifiche ricevute dall'1.3.2025 al 31.3.2025.

3.

Le modifiche apportate alla versione consolidata sono indicate nel modo seguente:

— (add.): indica una nuova posizione inserita nel catalogo comune;

— (mod.): indica una modifica di una posizione esistente. Le indicazioni relative a tale posizione nel presente complemento sostituiscono quelle della versione consolidata;

— (del.): indica che la posizione e tutte le indicazioni che la riguardano sono soppresse dal catalogo comune.

Il presente complemento riguarda le varietà notificate alle quali si applicano le disposizioni dell'articolo 16, paragrafo 1, della direttiva 2002/53/CE del Consiglio (2).

5.

Il nome e l'indirizzo del responsabile della selezione conservatrice della varietà, nel caso in cui il suo codice non compaia nella versione consolidata, possono essere chiesti all'autorità indicata nell'elenco dello Stato membro o del paese EFTA interessato.
