DECISIÓN DE LA COMISIÓN de 15 de mayo de 2007 por la que se aprueban los regímenes elaborados por Dinamarca, Alemania y el Reino Unido para la suspensión automática de licencias de pesca por causa de infracción [notificada con el número C(2007) 2036] (Los textos en lenguas danesa, alemana e inglesa son los únicos auténticos) (2007/337/CE) LA COMISIÓN DE LAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEAS,
Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea,
Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 41/2007 del Consejo, de 21 de diciembre de 2006, por el que se establecen, para 2007, las posibilidades de pesca y las condiciones correspondientes para determinadas poblaciones y grupos de poblaciones de peces, aplicables en aguas comunitarias y, en el caso de los buques comunitarios, en las demás aguas donde sea necesario establecer limitaciones de capturas (1), y, en particular, el punto 8.1, letra
h), de su anexo IIA,
Vistas las solicitudes presentadas por Dinamarca, Alemania y el Reino Unido,
Considerando lo siguiente:
(1) En virtud del Reglamento (CE) no 41/2007, el establecimiento por los Estados miembros de regímenes de suspensión automática de licencias de pesca por causa de infracción es una de las condiciones para aumentar el número máximo de días que podrán permanecer los buques pesqueros entre el 1 de febrero de 2007 y el 31 de enero de 2008 en la zona geográfica que define el anexo IIA de ese Reglamento.
(2) Dinamarca, Alemania y el Reino Unido han informado a la Comisión de los regímenes de suspensión automática de licencias de pesca que pretenden aplicar en caso de infracción a los buques pesqueros que lleven a bordo los artes indicados en el punto 4.1, letra a), inciso v), del anexo IIA del Reglamento (CE) no 41/2007, es decir, redes de arrastre, redes de cerco danesas o redes de arrastre similares, excepto de vara, con malla igual o superior a 120 mm.
(3) A la vista de la información facilitada, procede aprobar para su aplicación a esos buques los regímenes de suspensión automática de licencias de pesca que han presentado los tres Estados miembros...
