ESDP: EU SET FOR FURTHER POLICE MISSIONS.

Demand for EU policing is high and likely to increase, EU chiefs of police said as they met in the Netherlands on October 25 to discuss police aspects of European Security and Defence Policy. The EU already has ongoing police operations in Bosnia and Macedonia, and is preparing another in the Democratic Republic of Congo (see also Europe Information 2907 and 2898).
