EU REPORT ON DEROGATIONS TO THE BERNE CONVENTION.

The European Commission has presented to the Secretariat of the Berne Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats, on behalf of the European Union, a report on the derogations granted to EU Member States under this Convention for the years 1995 and 1996.
