Dr. Jonas Grimheden leads one of five programs at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in Vienna, Austria, supporting human rights systems in the EU and its member states. He specializes in international human rights law, with a focus on justice, business and human rights, indicators, and monitoring mechanisms. He has conducted research and taught in some 20 countries and is an associate professor of international human rights law at Lund University in Sweden and has written extensively on international, human rights, comparative, Chinese, and EU law.

Dr. Tamás Molnár is a legal research officer at the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in Vienna. He specializes in the fundamental rights of irregular migrants, borders, return and readmission of irregular migrants, EU asylum acquis, visa policy, and public international law. He is a part-time adjunct professor of international law and EU migration law at the Corvinus University of Budapest and holds a PhD in international law from Budapest.
