HEALTH: WHO MINISTERIAL ISSUES DECLARATION ON YOUNG PEOPLE AND ALCOHOL.

Lars Engqvist, Swedish Minister for Health and Social Affairs, said: "All 51 European governments represented endorsed the conference declaration on young people and alcohol.
