RESUMEN: El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en abordar la f‌igura del seguro agrario combinado, su regulación en la Ley

del Seguro Agrario Combinado (Ley 87/1978, de 28 de diciembre) y los agentes que se encuentran implicados. En un

contexto de cambio climático con graves consecuencias para el sector agrícola de nuestro país, el estudio de esta f‌igura

adquiere gran relevancia ya que se trata de una medida que permite disminuir la vulnerabilidad del sector agrario. El

coaseguro, el reaseguro y la f‌igura del Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros conforman un alambicado sistema que

combina el interés público con la gestión privada que se ajusta en gran medida a las necesidades del sector.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this research work is to go over the f‌igure of combined agricultural insurance, its regulation in the

Combined Agricultural Insurance Law (Law 87/1978, of December 28) and the agents that are involved. In a context of

climate change with serious consequences for the agricultural sector of our country, the study of this f‌igure acquires great

relevance since it is a measure that allows to reduce the vulnerability of the agricultural sector. Co-insurance, reinsurance

and the f‌igure of the Insurance Compensation Consortium make up a complicated system that combines the public inter-

est with private management that is largely adjusted to the needs of the sector.
