Abstract
This study aims to give an explanation as Kosovo strategies need to be changed in order
to bring the country closer to EU membership?
What are the best ways possible that Kosovo must follow to be at the right address,
what are the points that refer to the road to Europe?
How we should work for these strategies and how aware are meeting these strategies?
How tough are these challenges and how to approach the EU in their implementation
etc?
We have to do a description of the process knowing what to correct in order to have a
clear address to the EU.
Therefore we need to accelerate the progress of Kosovo towards the EU.
And that Kosovo needs economic and political unity of different factors in order to
implement relevant strategies, and that can take the place of the EU projects.
Implementation of economic policies of the EU and Kosovo’s challenges
The state of Kosovo since after the war until the declaration of Independence (Kosovo
was declared the new state in the region., 2008), is on the agenda of uninterrupted
missions from the various European and international construction, supervision
of implementation in the development of the state of Kosovo, this in itself has borne
its challenges in meeting standards in different dimensions as political spectrum, as
well as other economic and legal sectors as pillars of the progressive orientation of
a country just emerging from war. European approach to building and stabilizing
the economy of Kosovo have not stopped working these postwar years that Kosovo
be in step with other neighboring countries in the development process, and
integrating beneficiary. Despite efforts by the European factor in implementing
meaningful economic models conform to European standards for our country to be
as unique in the same trade framework (Baldwin, 2015).
That always was willingness on the part of our people but stalled in practice and
efficient audits compliance with the reality of the lack of proper enforcement policies
and institutional development or division of labor not properly by the European
community and local government?
Although prospects and geographical position of Kosovo, gives access to free trade
in the region. Kosovo has promoter powerful (the labor force) as an element that can
be used to attract foreign investment in agriculture, livestock, the labor-intensive
