INTEL TO DEFEND ITSELF IN BRUSSELS.

The world's number one microchip firm, the US group Intel, will be in Brussels on 11 and 12 March to defend itself before the European Commission, AFP reports. The EU executive has accused the firm of abuse of dominant position on the X86 microprocessors market as a way of excluding its main rival, AMD (Advanced Micro Devices).
