INTERNET: SPAIN PROMOTES TRAINING AND USE.

Ana Birules, the Spanish Minister for Science and Technology, and the Spanish Broadcasting Company, RTVE, have signed an agreement to promote a new campaign to promote internet use in Spain. RTVE will play a major role in transmitting the information campaign called "Internet for all" by the Minister and launched on May 16.
