RESUMEN

En la actualidad la ciberdelincuencia se constituye como una amenaza a nivel europeo

e internacional. Las organizaciones criminales se sirven de las TIC para complementar su

actividad. Las dificultades que revisten la investigación de estas tipologías delictivas unidas

a las complejas estructuras y funcionamiento de las organizaciones obstaculizan el trabajo

de los investigadores competentes en la materia. Debido a ello la comunidad internacional

ha reaccionado adoptando una tendencia a la investigación conjunta transnacional,

creando figuras que agilizan y simplifican la investigación, como los Equipos Conjuntos

de Investigación. No obstante, estos deben coexistir junto con otros instrumentos de

cooperación, evolucionando, complementándose y actualizándose al ritmo que lo hacen los

ciberdelincuentes, como analizaremos en la presente investigación.

ABSTRACT

Currently, cybercrime is a threat at European and international level. Criminal

organizations use ICT to complement their activity. The difficulties of investigating these

types of crime in conjunction with the complex structures and functioning of organizations

hinder the work of researchers competent. Because of that, the international community has

reacted by adopting a transnational joint research trend, creating figures that streamline and

simplify research, as the Joint Investigation Teams. However, these must coexist together

with other cooperation instrument, evolving, complementing and updating, at the rate that

cybercriminals do, which will be analyzed in the present research.
