Ana Keglević Steffek is a Senior Lecturer in Commercial and Comparative Law at City Law School, City St. George’s University, London. Her expertise encompasses commercial and contract law, insurance law, e-commerce, and arbitration, with a focus on European and international frameworks. Ana has advised on complex transnational issues and contributed significantly to the fields of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and digital marketplace regulation.

In addition to her academic career, Ana is actively engaged in the international legal community. She serves as a Council Member of the European Law Institute (ELI) and as Secretary of the Consumer Protection and Dispute Resolution Working Party of AIDA. She is also a founding member of the Croatian Insurance Law Association and an arbitrator at the Croatian Permanent Arbitration Court.

Before academia, Ana practiced as an attorney in international commercial law and held key roles in arbitration and mediation. She has also held visiting positions at prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford and UNIDROIT in Rome.
