LINCE OFFICIALLY INSTALLED AS SPAIN'S 3RD FIXED TELEPHONY OPERATOR.

The Spanish Government and the Lince consortium recently signed a contract granting the group controlled by France Telecom Spain's third licence for fixed telephony services. The contract was signed by Development Minister Rafael Arias-Salgado and Lince Chairman Eugenio Galdon. The Lince consortium secured the licence at the end of May, being the sole candidate.
