Abstract
e aim of this article is to identify show the advantages and disadvantages of either way or then
make a cost- benet analysis for every lifestyle, focusing on physical activity. e methodology of
this article is based on interviews and questionnaires that have been addressed to two categories
of persons as well as on the basis of studies that have resulted from researchers. By the result of
a detailed analysis, the article comes to a conclusion that the cost of physical activity is smaller
than the cost of using dierent narcotic substances. Results show that people who do physical
activities have a better chance to be more productive at work and society. At the end of the article
are provided some interesting conclusions and recommendations for organizations, managers and
individuals in general. is article help governmental institutions and NGOs for the design of
programs and projects to improve the quality of life of individualism general and in organizations
and in particular.

Introduction
Physical activity is an important element for the man of every age group. Nowadays and in
modern societies physical activity takes a great importance in improving the quality of life
as well as in the improve live length and visual and physical appearance. ere are several
reasons and motives that people spend their time for exercises with physical activity.
Some are concentrated in only one area, while some are extended in more than one.
Comes from nature or their scope they have greater possibility of time or nancial. Some
individuals and organizations invest considerable amount of money to reduce stress or to
dismiss it. ere are hundreds of thousands of cases of this nature, where individuals and
organizations are nancially involved in their territories or in the forms of participation
in other sports grounds, outdoor areas to benet from physical activity. Studies have
shown that physical activity improve performances productivity, avoid absences, facing
large loads and stresses, and signicantly improve creativity at work. ese studies have
also shown that they signicantly aect the job satisfaction and working hours cope even
with extended time. People who do physical activities, have the possibility to increase the
speed of actions and perceptions, to better draw conclusions and to take better, clear and
rational conclusion.
While nowadays we are facing a trend that it is contriving to physical activity. It is the
