The purpose o
f
this article is to analyze the role and
f
unction o
f
political leadership in the
g
overnance system of a particular country. Despite numerous and in-depth theories of political
l
eadership, there will always be space for discussion, about the way the political system is
g
overned by political leadership.
A
legal state, with a functioning democracy, realizes its
g
overnance by bringing together many public and private actors through e ective and e cient
f
orms o
f
interactive governance. More political leaders we have which per
f
orm their roles and
functions, more we will move towards the stren
g
thenin
g
of rule of law. Given this de nition,

t is worth to pointing out the practical value of this direction, in the society of a given country

o prove the raised hypothesis

urpose of study: The overall purpose of this study is the analytical framework for this issue.

olitical leadership, also impacts, through the ful lment of its functions for legal governance,

n increasing the e ectiveness of a state, based on democratic principles.

ethodology: This work will be based on several study methods. Mainly inductive methods
will be used, passing from particular facts to general conclusions, the method of describing
and reviewin

the literature on this issue.
