(1) Para garantizar la correcta ejecución de la encuesta por muestreo en el ámbito de la población activa, la Comisión debe especificar los datos técnicos del conjunto de datos.
(2) La Comisión debe establecer los datos técnicos del conjunto de datos para el tema ad hoc de 2022 «capacidades profesionales» y para las variables sobre «pensión y participación en el mercado laboral» que se recogen cada ocho años en el ámbito de la población activa.
(3) Las medidas establecidas en el presente Reglamento se ajustan al dictamen del Comité del Sistema Estadístico Europeo.
