RETEVISION TO START MOBILE SERVICE IN DECEMBER

The Spanish mobile telecoms consortium Retevision Movil said it would begin offering services this December after winning Spain's third mobile telephony licence. Retevision, which began operating in Spain's fixed telephony market in January, said it would invest nearly 600 billion pesetas (USD3.9 billion) in Spain's mobile telecommunications market by 2008 if it were awarded the licence.
