Flynn, agentes) Objeto Anulación de la Decisión C(2002) 4905 de la Comisión, de 11 de diciembre de 2002, relativa a la supresión de la ayuda concedida a la República Italiana mediante la Decisión C(87) 2090 026 de la Comisión, de 17 de diciembre de 1987, relativa a la concesión de una ayuda del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, en favor de una inversión en infraestructuras, por importe igual o superior a 15 millones de euros en Italia (región: Sicilia) y al reembolso del anticipo pagado por la Comisión en concepto de dicha ayuda.
Fallo 1) Desestimar la excepción de inadmisibilidad.
2) Desestimar el recurso por infundado.
3) La demandante cargará con sus propias costas y con la mitad de las costas causadas por la Comisión. La Comisión cargará con la mitad de sus costas.
