SEMA AWARDED SCOTTISH CONTRACT.

The Anglo-French computer services company Sema Group Plc said the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland has selected the group as its partner in the provision of information technology systems delivery and support. The deal is valued at GBP11.57 million a year for a five year term with the possibility of a two-year extension. The contract covers NHS in Scotland's National Community and Preventative Care Systems, National Payroll Systems, Patient Administration and Supply Systems, Technical and Financial Services as well as a variety of other smaller systems.
