IN CONSUMER RELATIONS

RESUMEN:Inteligencia artif‌icial (IA), blockchain y smart contracts, vaticinan avances, aunque no sin interrogantes en cuanto

a sus usos y regulación. Ahora bien, cualquier proyecto tecnológico debe tener como centro de protección a las perso-

nas. En esta nueva era digital, los contratos inteligentes, obedecen a las actuales corrientes innovadoras destinadas a

automatizar las operaciones masivas. Sin embargo, su def‌inición constituye en la actualidad un punto álgido de debate.

En el campo de los derechos de los consumidores, existen principios protectorios tendientes a balancear el desequilibrio

que se produce entre sus partes contratantes. Un smart contracts que involucre normativa consumeril debe efectuarse

en términos claros y precisos, sin menoscabar los principios protectorios que las leyes imponen. De tal modo, resulta

necesario advertir sobre sus posibles implicancias.

ABSTRACT:Artif‌icial intelligence (AI), blockchain and smart contracts predict advances, although not without questions regard-

ing their uses and regulation. However, any technological project must have people as its center of protection. In this

new digital era, smart contracts obey the current innovative currents used to automate massive operations. However, its

def‌inition is currently a hot point of debate. In the f‌ield of consumer rights, there are protective principles aimed at balanc-

ing the imbalance that occurs between its contracting parties. A smart contract that involves consumer regulations must

be implemented in clear and precise terms, without undermining the protective principles that the laws impose. Thus, it is

necessary to warn about its possible implications.
