A STEP TOWARDS NORM IMT-2000.

Most standardisation bodies participated at a meeting organised by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Geneva on September 20 and 21, to discuss the implementation of measures agreed jointly with a view to final development of detailed specifications of the norm regarding radio interfaces for ITM 2000 (third generation international mobile telecommunications services).
