Anna Wysocka-Bar is an assistant professor at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, specializing in private international law and EU legal integration. She serves as the academic coordinator of a Jean Monnet Module funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, focusing on cross-border legal challenges within the European Union. Anna is a member of the European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL) and part of the editorial team of the EAPIL blog, contributing to academic discourse in the field.

She has delivered guest lectures across Europe on international family law, including recent contributions on gender identity in EU Member States’ domestic laws, and the intersection of human rights and private international law. In 2024, she lectured at the EAPIL Winter School hosted by the University of Insubria (Italy).

Anna holds advanced degrees in law and European legal studies and is actively engaged in research, teaching, and academic cooperation at both national and European levels.
