The Council of the European Space Agency (ESA), in session on March 24 and 25, 2004 in Kiruna (Sweden), approved Greece and Luxembourgs adherence to the agency Convention. The two countries will become full members on December 1, 2005, once internal approval procedures at national level have been successfully completed.
