eldof TechnologyInformation andCommunication demands knowledgeandhigh level
capacityofemployeesintheLaborMarketInordertohaveintrendofmoderndevelopment
dynamics of employees, the education ought to be permanent, in particular capacity building
ofactivelaborforceTheindicatorsofhumanresourcesintheGlobalindexofcompetitionofa
NationalEconomyhavebeenshowntooSaparticularemphasishasbeenputoninvestments
for strategic development purposes of Kosova’s human resources and in particular the policies
thatGovernmentmay implementinthis eldinorder tostrengthentheeducationalsystem
andincreaseofthelevelofknowledgeand expertiseasone ofimportantpillarof economic
development and a competitive labor force in the Labor market.
