Katarzyna Szczudlik, FIP, LLM, CIPP/E, CIPM, specialises in advising on personal data protection, privacy and new technologies law, especially for entities from the financial and FinTech sectors. Katarzyna has experience in advising entities from the telecommunications, IT and payment services sectors. She has developed and implemented comprehensive procedures, mechanisms and documentation to ensure the compliance of many organizations’ operations with applicable regulations. She has experience in preparing and negotiating IT contracts – including implementing cloud services and software licenses projects. She supports financial institutions as regards outsourcing regulations.


She is interested in blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, both in terms of the legal aspects of those technologies and their potential use in the area of ​​legal services. Katarzyna is the author of several dozen articles and studies on the law of new technologies, personal data protection and dispute resolution. She is a regular speaker at Polish and international conferences.


She also holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from the University of Geneva and in Business Law from the University of Tilburg. She is a member of the IAPP and holds CIPP / E and CIPM certificates, as well as FIP accreditation.
