UNIVERSAL MUSIC (VU) ACQUIRES SHARE IN GERMAN NET MOBILE.

Universal Music Germany, subsidiary of the French media and telecoms group Vivendi Universal (VU), has acquired a minority share of less than 10% in the German portable phone application and game supplier Net Mobile. The transaction, worth an unknown sum and announced by Universal on December 22, concludes a "strategic partnership" with Net Mobile, indicated Universal Music Germany in a statement.
