WASTE CRISIS IN CAMPANIA.

The Italian government sent, on 24 December 2007, a letter to the European Commission providing a certain amount of information on the measures envisaged to resolve the waste crisis which has been affecting Naples and the surrounding region (Campania) for several months. These documents are currently being examined by the competent services of DG Environment.
