11. Orden de los trabajos De conformidad con el orden del día, se procede al establecimiento del orden de los trabajos.
El Sr. Presidente comunica que se ha distribuido el proyecto definitivo de orden del día de las sesiones plenarias de septiembre II y octubre I de 2002 (PE 322.971/PDOJ), al que se han propuesto las siguientes modificaciones (artículo 111 del Reglamento):

En relación con la Recomendación para la segunda lectura (informe HatzidakisA 5-0281/2002), inscrita para el turno de votaciones del mediodía (punto 30 del PDOJ), de conformidad con el apartado 3 del artículo 110 bis del Reglamento PE, treinta y siete diputados han manifestado su oposición por escrito a la aplicación de este procedimiento.
Por consiguiente, se inscribe este punto en el orden del día del miércoles 25 de septiembre.
El plazo de presentación de enmiendas vencerá mañana martes a las 12.00 horas.

El Grupo GUE/NGL solicita que las declaraciones del Consejo y de la Comisión sobre Oriente Próximo (punto 42 del PDOJ) se adelanten en el orden del día. El debate conjunto sobre la PESC podría adelantarse a las 15.00 horas e introducirse con estas declaraciones.
Intervienen sobre esta solicitud los diputados Wurtz, en nombre del Grupo GUE/NGL, quien la motiva, Barón Crespo, en nombre del Grupo PSE, quien expresa su deseo de que el Parlamento apoye la declaración del Alto Representante para la PESC, Sr. Solana, del 20 de septiembre, que se transmita, en nombre del Parlamento, la resolución aprobada en abril, dado que no está previsto votar esta vez una resolución sobre este asunto, y que se retiren las dos enmiendas presentadas al informe Brok, Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra, en nombre del Grupo PPE-DE, quien apoya esta propuesta, y...
