por la que se modifica la Decisión BCE/2010/15 sobre la administración de los préstamos de la Facilidad Europea de Estabilización Financiera a Estados miembros cuya moneda es el euro, así como la Decisión BCE/2010/31 sobre la apertura de cuentas para procesar pagos relacionados con préstamos de la EFSF a Estados miembros cuya moneda es el euro

EL COMITÉ EJECUTIVO DEL BANCO CENTRAL EUROPEO,

Vistos los Estatutos del Sistema Europeo de Bancos Centrales y del Banco Central Europeo y, en particular, sus artículos 17 y 21,

Considerando lo siguiente:

(1) La Decisión BCE/2010/15, de 21 de septiembre de 2010, sobre la administración de los préstamos de la Facilidad Europea de Estabilización Financiera a Estados miembros cuya moneda es el euro (1), establece disposiciones sobre la cuenta de efectivo que debe abrirse en el Banco Central Europeo (BCE) a nombre de la EFSF para aplicar los acuerdos de préstamo (en adelante, «los acuerdos de préstamo») en virtud del Acuerdo marco de la EFSF, que entró en vigor el 4 de agosto de 2010 (en adelante, «el Acuerdo marco de la EFSF»).
(2) La Decisión BCE/2010/31, de 20 de diciembre de 2010, sobre la apertura de cuentas para procesar pagos relacionados con préstamos de la EFSF a Estados miembros cuya moneda es el euro (2), establece disposiciones sobre la cuenta de efectivo que debe abrirse en el BCE a nombre del banco central nacional del Estado miembro prestatario correspondiente para aplicar los acuerdos de préstamo en virtud del Acuerdo marco de la EFSF.
(3) El Acuerdo marco de la EFSF fue modificado por el Acuerdo suplementario de modificación, que entró en vigor el 18 de octubre de 2011. El Acuerdo marco de la EFSF
