Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/326 of 5 March 2018 implementing Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine (OJ 2018 L 63, p. 5),

insofar as those measures apply to the applicant.

Pleas in law and main arguments

In support of the action, the applicant relies on four pleas in law.

First plea in law, alleging that the Council made errors of assessment in considering that the criterion for listing the applicant in Article 1(1) of the contested decision and Article 3(1) of the contested regulation is satisfied.
