APPLICATION pursuant to Articles 278 and 279 TFEU seeking the suspension, first, of the operation of the decision of the Director of the European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) of 3 July 2019 to restart the administrative investigation of the applicant’s conduct and, second, of the decision of the Director of SatCen of 2 August 2019 to reject her complaint against that decision.

1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 17 September 2019, the applicant informed the Court, in accordance with Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that she wished to discontinue proceedings as to the application for interim measures.
